I remember when I was a kid learning to draw with Maurício de Souza, Laerte, Angeli and Marvel and DC characters. Is really strange and amazing to see some news artists learning to draw with my characters now. Man, this is great!

Rafael Albuquerque is one of the best artists that I know and a really good friend. He’s art is gorgeous and he has total control of it. I’m really happy to see his amazing version of my characters. AND Cris Peter did her magic and the art is popping of of the screen. Thanks guys, I appreciated A LOT!

O Rafael Albuquerque é um dos melhores artistas que eu conheço e um grande amigo. O desenho dele é foda demais and ele tem domínio total do que faz. Eu fico muito feliz de ver meus personagens no traço dele! E a Cris Peter deu seu toque de mágica e agora o pin-up está pulando da tela. Obrigadão, eu adorei!

I just received this awesome homage from Wilson Jr. I didn’t know his work but I loved the thin line work mixed with hard black blocks.

Recebi esse desenho excelente do Wilson Jr. por e-mail. Não conhecia o trabalho dele mas adorei o trabalho com linhas finas e blocos chapados de preto.

I met Bill Sienkiewicz in November 2008 in NYC at the Big Apple Con. I gave him a copy of Mesmo Delivery and he gave me this piece. He’s so generous. I’m his fan!

Eu conheci o Bill em NY em Novembro de 2008 na Big Apple Con. Eu dei pra ele uma cópia da Mesmo Delivery e ele me deu esse desenho. Ele é muito generoso. Sou seu fã.

I knew Mário Cau‘s work by his blog. Then we changed some ideas at the internet and sometimes we met each other in some comic events here in Brazil. His version for Sangrecco is really cool!

Conheci o trabalho do Mário Cau pelo blog dele. Depois trocamos idéia pela internet e nos encontramos em eventos de vez em quando. Esse Sangrecco dele ficou muito bom!
